Here’s a bit more about me:
I met my husband the night of the Clark County Fair Court Tryouts - he was a friend of a friend. After seeing the way I handled myself (sick horse, had to use a horse I'd never seen before) he was impressed enough to track down my phone number. The rest, as they say, is history.
My most memorable moment as a "queen?" The 2005 Rose Parade in Portland, OR. Millions of television viewers, thousands of people along the streets. Fresh roses everywhere. My horse was heavily sedated. It was a blast. Though the day began at 2 a.m. and ended around 5 p.m., it was completely worth it.
I've loved horses...forever. You probably already figured that out. 🙂
Hopefully you know a bit more about me now – but I’d love to know something more about you, the readers!
Share, now. It’s your turn.
Heavily sedated? 🙂
I rode my pony in a parade once. Longest day of my life (and his).
Yes – very heavily sedated. Poor horse was a little nervous with everything going on (even though this was his 15th or so parade.)
My horse’s ears even perked up anytime the vet came into sight. 🙂
I LOVED your pics that you posted. You already know my life story – I am just glad that I have gotten to be a small part of your life! Love ya girl!
Staci – You’ll notice half my pictures are CCFC or MTRW – none of which wouldn’t have happened without you! 🙂 So you’re more than a small part of my life!
