Testing the waters here.
I’ve really, really gone over the deep end when it comes to trying out every.single.notebook I see.
I’m looking for the just right:
- Spine (does it lay flat?)
- Cover (is it soft and/or sturdy?)
- Paper quality (is it thick enough not to bleed ink, soft enough, the right tone?)
- Line spacing (not too wide of lines, not too narrow)
- Dot spacing (not too wide of dot spacing, not too narrow)
- Size (A5, B5, etc. So many options.)
- Weight
Yes, I’m the Goldilocks of notebooks.
So I have an excess cache of notebooks that I’ve accumulated over years and years of diligent ”testing” and constant searching. So what the heck do I do with all of these?
Well, I’m going to attempt to share some of my notes, my favorites and some of my criticisms here. Maybe there’s someone else out there who is as nerdy as I am about the PERFECT notebook. (Hint. The perfect notebook doesn’t exist. But the search is the fun part.)
